In 1996 Huawei started developing variable frequency drive and built the largest Chinese variable frequency drive R&D center.

The Huawei electronic company has 1,300 staff. Total Huawei group has 13,000 people at that time.

In 2001 Huawei electronic company turnover around 490 million USD, and Huawei group turnover around 4.9 billion USD. 

In 1995 Emerson purchased Control Techniques.

In 2002 Emerson purchased Huawei variable frequency drive company with 750 million USD.

In 2006 VTdrive estabilished.

Now Huawei it's a year turnover 32.8 billion USD, 150,000 people company and only cofus on telecom.

The founders of VTdrive all came from the core members of R&D team of Emerson China.

They decided to make The Best Chinese own brand variable frequency drives.

Our R&D team was working for Huawei variable frequency drive and Emerson variable frequency drive before.

Our general manager Mr. Qiu was CTO of Huawei drives division and Emerson China drives division.

Our R&D team has more than decade experience in researching variable frequency drive.

They developed over 3.5 million pcs variable frequency drives served in China and overseas.

1996~2001 In Huawei, they developed the first generation V/F control variable frequency drive.

2002~2004 In Emerson, they developed the second generation approximate vector control variable frequency drive.

2006~2008 In VTdrive, they developed the third generation real vector control, torque control and with servo feature variable frequency drive.

Today most of Chinese variable frequency drives technologies still stay in V/F control and approximate vector control.

When they established, they just copy their previous company software and hardware. No investment in R&D.

In 2006 to 2008 we haven't sold one piece variable frequency drive.

We put all our attention in developing new generation variable frequency drive.

Thanks for the tough days the begin two years we built very good software and hardware platform.

We own proprietary intellectual property rights and no against with Huawei and Emerson variable frequency drive.

Based on this platform we can deveoping any new type drives very quickly.

We can customizing as you wish but many other competitors can't do it.

e.g. We got investment from Foxconn (OEM iphone) to customize injection molding machine for them.

Can you imaging Foxconn own over 10,000 pcs injection molding machine?

2008 to 2012 this five years, our turnover from zero to 50 million USD.

In 2011 our turnover it's 30 million USD. It means our year growth rate over 60%.

VTdrive almost the lastest (for well known brand) variable frequency drive company into the China market.

But in few years we already have many VIP customers in Top 3 or Top 10 of various industries.
